Diggers and Bandits RC ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile remote-control construction experience based in the Greater Houston, Texas area. We don't have a storefront. We bring RC excavators, dump trucks, cranes, loaders, and kei trucks to you, at public pop-ups and private events across Cypress, Katy, Spring, Tomball, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and beyond.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, request a reservation, sign up for our newsletter, or otherwise get in touch with us. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to the practices described below.

Information you give us directly:

• Your name, phone number, and email address when you request a reservation or reach out through our contact form.
• Event details such as date, setup location, guest count, and event type when you book a private event.
• Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Anything you tell us directly by phone, email, or in person at a pop-up or event.

Information collected automatically: standard website analytics, like pages viewed, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and referring site, through Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. This helps us understand traffic and keep the site fast. It doesn't identify you personally.

• To respond to reservation requests, confirm dates, and coordinate event logistics like setup location, timing, and guest count.
• To send booking confirmations and, if you opt in, SMS reminders about your reservation.
• To send our newsletter, if you've subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it and our services.
• To meet legal obligations and to enforce our Terms of Service.

Because we operate in public places like farmers markets and at private events, our team may take photos or video during a session for use on our website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and marketing materials.

Booking confirmation emails go out even if you don't opt into extra reminders, since they carry your reservation details. Newsletter emails only go to people who sign up, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Our sessions welcome kids, but this website isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 13. Reservation and contact details are always provided by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without a guardian's consent, contact us and we'll remove it.

We keep reservation and contact information for as long as needed to handle your booking, respond to questions, and meet our own recordkeeping needs, then delete or anonymize it.
